Since 2021, we've been designing sales and automation systems for service businesses in the United States: clinics, home service companies, coaches, agencies. Businesses where the owner expects every inquiry answered in seconds, every booking confirmed, every customer followed up. That expectation is normal there. Here, it's still rare.
Meanwhile, the businesses we grew up around in Batangas were doing great work and losing customers for reasons that had nothing to do with the work. A message answered too late. A booking nobody confirmed. A happy customer nobody asked for a review. Good business, broken system.
So we started Bentamatic to bring the same systems home, built for how Filipino businesses actually run, by people who grew up here. We're based in Taal, Batangas. We can sit across the table from you anywhere in CALABARZON and Metro Manila, and we work with businesses across the Philippines remotely.
